Ryan began his insurance career in 2004 as an insurance consultant at Brown and Brown Insurance in Bethlehem, PA. As the sixth-largest insurance intermediary in the country, Ryan was trained by some of the best insurance experts in the country and was able to work on large accounts early in his career.

In 2008, Ryan moved to a smaller agency platform at Sterner Insurance in Coopersburg, PA. In this position, Ryan focused on growing the agency and promoting a culture of organic growth. With Ryan’s client-centric focus he was able to consistently outperform his annual targets, and in 2009, Ryan won The Insurance Alliance of Central PA’s Commercial Lines Producer of the Year Award.

In late 2014, Ryan transitioned his experience and success and joined Miers Insurance. His task is to lead their sales team and to be a leader in the organization. He is very excited about the future of Miers Insurance and the opportunity to help lead the organization.
